Here are some of the services that we have offer. We are not limited to these services. We can simply staff your event with a one-time assistant, or we can staff your event with full-service vendors.
Servers & Bartenders
We can offer servers and bartenders to catering companies, mobile bars, venues and/or event hosts. Some of our bartenders are TIPS certified. We will need to know specifications of the event to connect you with the right staff members.
Set-up & Strike Teams
Almost every event requires some sort of set-up and breakdown. This has been a popular service for hotels, venues, planners, florists and event rental companies that we work with.
Cleaning Crews
Festivals and bigger events can get messy.. so much that it might make sense to hire a cleaning crew.
Be sure to check with your venue to see how they would like to manage cleaning.
Odd Jobs / Emergency Situations
We do miscellaneous jobs for event professionals and brides/grooms.
Example: Once photographer reached out to us because she forgot her back-up battery to her camera at her home (2 hours away from the venue). She had a low battery and the wedding was about to start. Luckily she knew about Event Assistants LLC. She directed us to her home and to the location of her spare key. Luckily, we got her the backup battery in time.
Assistants For Lead Planners
We have a team of experienced wedding planners who can assist you and your team.
Keep us in mind for extra hands, eyes and ears. Don’t turn an event down because you don’t have enough help. We can help!
Day-Of Venue Management
If you’re looking for a day-of venue manager, we are happy to help! We can make sure the vendors follow the rules and we can make sure everyone has a great experience at your venue.
